What is the Gift Card policy for the Gear Store?Updated 2 years ago

Gift cards purchased at the Gear Store can only be redeemed for physical merchandise on the Gear Store and WILL NOT WORK on any other site or service.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON GIFT CARDS

We do not accept returns or process refunds on purchased gift cards unless where prohibited by law.

REFUNDS OF PURCHASES MADE WITH GIFT CARDS

If you request a refund of a purchase that was made with a gift card. You can only be refunded to a newly issued gift card.

GIFT CARD EXPIRATION DATE

Gift cards expired 5 years after date of purchase unless where prohibited by law.

INACTIVE GIFT CARDS

Why would you have gift card and not use it!  Please buy something rad!
